We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our international team in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring high-quality food production.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create menus and develop new dishes based on seasonal ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve our menu offerings

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a hotel or fine dining restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine techniques, flavors, and ingredients
- Ability to lead a team effectively with strong communication skills
- Creativity and passion for creating new dishes that will satisfy our guests' palates
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
