As a Slinger, you will be responsible for moving and positioning heavy objects on construction sites using cranes or other lifting equipment. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Slinger in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of rigging equipment and their uses
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with team members

Responsibilities:
- Safely move and position heavy objects using cranes or other lifting equipment
- Inspect rigging equipment before each use to ensure it is safe for operation
- Communicate effectively with crane operators and other team members during lifts
- Coordinate with site supervisors to determine the best approach for moving objects
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on site at all times
- Maintain accurate records of rigging equipment inspections, maintenance, and usage
- Assist with general labor tasks when not performing slinging duties
