We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures to determine property boundaries and identify potential construction or environmental issues. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and techniques including GPS equipment, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Identify potential issues that may affect construction or development plans
- Mark property boundaries and stake out construction sites
- Communicate with clients, engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information and discuss project details
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to surveying
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency with surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
