We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ufa. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the financial health of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Train and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Create schedules for employees and manage payroll.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Prepare financial reports and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficient in English language (Malayalee candidates preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies is preferred.

Salary: 1400$
City: Ufa (Open to Malayalee candidates)
