Smelter Operator

A reputable smelting company in Dubrovnik is seeking a skilled and experienced Smelter Operator to join our team. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the smelting equipment to produce high-quality metals. Your main duties will include monitoring and controlling the smelting process, performing quality checks on the molten metal, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in smelting operations, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required for this position. We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month and benefits package for this full-time position.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Smelter Operator
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the smelting equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor the smelting process and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular quality checks on the molten metal
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any deviations or concerns to superiors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
