Smelter Operator

We are hiring a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to melt and refine metal ore into usable metal products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in smelting or a related field who is looking for a full-time job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor smelting equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Load furnaces with raw materials and adjust settings as needed
- Control the flow of molten metal into molds or other containers
- Monitor temperature levels and make adjustments as necessary
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in smelting preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a smelting facility or similar environment
- Strong understanding of smelting processes and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
