We are seeking a skilled and experienced Malayalee Baker to join our team at a bakery in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate and display finished products in an attractive manner
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area at all times
- Follow food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of traditional Malayalee baking techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
