IT Manager (Malayalee Preferred)


We are a growing IT company based in Acre, looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to lead our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology department, including managing our systems, networks, and technological infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology needs
- Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, networks, and servers
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly updated
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operations
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and hardware/software installation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
- Ability to adapt to changing technology trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
