Senior Architect (Contract) - Dickirch, Canada



Our architecture firm is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Canada. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential homes to commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from conceptualization to completion
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work with contractors to ensure that construction adheres to design plans
- Review and approve materials and finishes for projects
- Mentor junior architects on the team and provide guidance when needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
