Senior Architect - Project Manager



We are currently hiring a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Dickirch. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage architectural projects according to client requirements
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Create detailed project estimates, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
