Real Estate Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Surveyor to join our team in Lom, Egypt. As a surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and analyzing data related to land and property. Your main duty will be to accurately measure and map properties, as well as provide detailed reports for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and property using specialized tools and equipment
- Accurately measure and map properties, including boundaries, structures, and topography
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports for clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate representation of property features
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveying
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surveyor in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in using specialized tools such as GPS systems, total stations, and laser scanners
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret legal documents
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software is a plus

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position but part-time options can be discussed for exceptional candidates. Foreigners are welcome to apply; however proficiency in the English language is required. We are committed to diversity within our workforce. No previous experience in Egypt is required.
