Rental Agent - Dubrovnik, Croatia



As a rental agent for our thriving company in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their rental needs. You will be responsible for managing rental reservations, processing payments, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met. Your duties will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our rental services
- Managing reservations and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assisting customers with any issues or concerns they may have during their rental period
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- No previous experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for freshers looking for a new challenge
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month.
