Rental Operations Coordinator (Dubrovnik, Croatia)



Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the tourism industry? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure? Our rental company in Dubrovnik is seeking a Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team.

As the Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. This includes handling reservations, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, managing housekeeping and maintenance schedules, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local tourist attractions and amenities
- Familiarity with property management software is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of rental property operations including reservations, check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
- Communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met throughout their stay
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are prepared for new guests
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, payments, and expenses
- Develop relationships with local vendors for property maintenance needs
- Monitor occupancy levels and adjust pricing accordingly to maximize revenue
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
