Job Title: Project Manager (Izhevsk)


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, taking into consideration resources, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure they stay on track.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that expenses stay within approved limits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement new strategies to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience).

Location: Izhevsk (remote work may be possible depending on the current situation).

Type: Contract (with potential for full-time employment).
