Indian Moderator in Izhevsk

We are seeking an Indian Moderator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions, forums, and chats to ensure that they adhere to our company's policies and guidelines. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As an Indian national, you will also serve as a cultural liaison for our Indian community members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and enforce company policies and guidelines
- Participate in discussions and provide guidance to community members when needed
- Create engaging content and discussions to increase user engagement
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive online community environment
- Identify and report any violations of policies or inappropriate behavior
- Serve as a cultural liaison for our Indian community members

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Proven experience moderating online discussions or communities
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
