We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Ar-Ruwais. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based and non-coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and tea
- Ensure the quality of all beverages meets our high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide recommendations on drinks based on customer preferences
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
