Head Chef

We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Khasab. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. You should have a strong background in international cuisine and be able to create innovative and visually appealing dishes that will leave a lasting impression on our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase a variety of international cuisines
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met at all times
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and monitoring performance
- Work closely with the restaurant manager to maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space to meet health and safety regulations
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as necessary to meet budget goals
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and manage kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
