We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at a boutique hotel located in Khasab, Oman. Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to the hotel's standards
- Develop new menu items and keep up with current food trends
- Ensure quality and consistency in all pastry products
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
- Knowledge of different pastry techniques and recipes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in high-end hotels or restaurants
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Knowledge of local Omani cuisine is an asset

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 USD per month, with potential for growth based on performance. Accommodation, meals, and transportation will be provided by the hotel.
