Land Surveyor

Our land surveying company in Dar Kulaib is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing accurate measurements and data for construction projects, and creating mapping and legal documents. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1700$.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Prepare accurate measurements, calculations, and data for construction projects
- Create maps, plats, legal descriptions, and other documents
- Analyze survey data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members if needed

This position requires physical work outdoors in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines. Accommodation will not be provided.
