Architecture Manager



Clairvaux is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and manage project timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design recommendations
- Oversee the preparation of design concepts, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Review project budgets and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct quality control checks on project deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively

Preferred:
- Experience working in international settings or with foreign clients/teams
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux (flexible for remote work)
