CNC Operator


A reputable manufacturing company in Split is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for precision machining and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and routers
- Understand technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of operating various CNC machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physical dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Experience working with CAD/CAM software
- Certification or degree in machining or related field
