CNC Operator



A reputable manufacturing company in Split is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming CNC machines, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machinery, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and ensuring machines are properly maintained. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate production of parts. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and machines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of machine maintenance is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary of $1700 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
