Our fast-growing tech startup in Moscow is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software applications and solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new software applications using modern programming languages
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues
- Ensure the scalability, stability, and security of our software applications
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development
- Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates for development tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role
- Proficient in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java or Python
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js or Java Spring Framework
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
