Our company is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Chelyabinsk. This full-time position requires a skilled individual with prior gardening experience and a passion for plants and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain gardens, including planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing
- Monitor and control pests and diseases
- Design and implement garden layouts
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Keep gardens clean and tidy by removing weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient garden maintenance
- Help with landscaping projects as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs commonly found in Chelyabinsk
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel as needed
