Industrial Architect

We are in search of a talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Ufa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and construction, with experience in creating efficient and functional spaces for manufacturing and production facilities. The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, developing detailed plans and designs, and overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines. Additionally, the Industrial Architect will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies, as well as managing budgets and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors. This is a great opportunity for an innovative individual with a passion for creating impactful industrial spaces.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial design and construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to industrial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve complex design challenges

Salary: $1400/month

Location: Ufa (Preference for Pakistani or Canadian candidates)

Language Requirements: Fluent English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Other Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (if not already possessing one, must be willing to obtain one)
- Must be able to start immediately (urgent hiring)
