Location: Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Ufa. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your primary goal will be to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential construction challenges
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback and project constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
