Database Administrator

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases in Izhevsk. This includes creating, updating, and optimizing databases, as well as ensuring data security and integrity. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the databases and providing technical support to users.

Your main duties will include monitoring database performance, ensuring data backups are regularly performed, and performing routine maintenance tasks such as database tuning and indexing. You will also be responsible for implementing data security measures and maintaining user access controls.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also required. You should have strong knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server, as well as experience with data backup and recovery techniques.

As this is an English speaking job, fluency in English is required. Russian language skills are also preferred but not mandatory. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month with the possibility of contract renewal.
