Junior Sous Chef

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Monitor food supplies and communicate any shortages to management
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes
- Learn new cooking techniques and recipes from senior chefs
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Must be fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- No prior experience necessary, but basic cooking skills are required
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes (if necessary)
- Minimum 12th grade education or equivalent preferred
Salary:
Starting salary of $1800 per month, with potential for growth within the company.
