Merchandiser - Retail Operations Specialist (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)



We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maximizing profitability by ensuring effective merchandising strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches and promotions.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and competition.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment based on sales data.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed, priced, and stocked according to brand guidelines.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques to maintain brand standards.
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and provide feedback for improvement.
- Participate in the development of new products by providing insights on market demands and consumer preferences.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, pricing strategies, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
