Customer Service Representative (English Speaking)
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Must have a biometric passport
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating the issue; identifying solutions; escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate department if necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers at all times
- Meet personal/team sales targets if applicable
