Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
Location: Salalah, Oman



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Salalah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including customer service, staff training and development, inventory management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient customer experience by ensuring high levels of service are delivered at all times
- Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Control costs and manage inventory to ensure profitability
- Monitor food quality standards and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
- Train new staff members on restaurant procedures, menu items, and customer service techniques
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or adjust existing ones as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Oversee all administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, ordering supplies, etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1000 per month
