Barista for Coffee Shop in Al Buraymi, Oman



A busy coffee shop in Al Buraymi, Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of various brewing methods and latte art.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- Uphold high standards of quality control for all drinks served
- Continually educate yourself on different brewing techniques and new coffee products
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista in a busy coffee shop or cafe setting
- Knowledge of various brewing methods, including pour-over, French press, and espresso machines
- Ability to create latte art is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing menu offerings
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in food service or hospitality is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
