We are a well-established coffee shop in Al Buraymi seeking an entry level barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow in their role. No previous experience is required for this position as we will provide training, however, candidates with some prior experience in the food and beverage industry will be given preference.

As an entry level barista, you will be responsible for making and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers. This includes brewing espresso, steaming milk, creating latte art, and ensuring each drink is made to our high standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, taking orders from customers, and handling cash transactions accurately.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and outgoing personality is also important as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. As this position requires handling food and beverages, candidates must have good personal hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Candidates must also have their own visa sponsorship as we are not able to provide sponsorship for this position. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
