Canadian Administrator in Vianden
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Canadian Administrator to join our team in the picturesque city of Vianden. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Prepare documents and presentations for meetings
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or have permanent residency in Canada
- Fluent in English (French or German language skills are a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
