Concrete Worker - Experienced (Indian Nationals Preferred)



Our company in Clairvaux is seeking an experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces according to construction plans and specifications. This role requires someone with previous experience in concrete work and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by cleaning, leveling, and removing debris
- Set up forms for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete to specified consistency using hand tools and other equipment
- Smooth and level concrete using trowels, screeds, or power tools
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing compounds
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure proper curing of concrete
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with concrete in a construction setting
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and use hand/power tools for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow construction plans
- Good communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
