Metal Worker

We are a construction company based in Wiltz, looking for a skilled Metal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in metal fabrication, welding, and installation. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring and cutting metal materials, and assembling structures according to specifications. You will also be required to operate various tools and machinery, such as saws, drills, and grinders. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of safety procedures are essential for this role. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and a one-way ticket for candidates outside of Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark metal materials for cutting or shaping
- Operate tools and machinery such as saws, drills, grinders, and welders
- Weld or join metal pieces together using various techniques
- Assemble structures according to specifications
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in using various tools and machinery related to metalworking
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification or training in metalworking is preferred.

Location:
This position is based in Wiltz, Luxembourg.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Visa Sponsorship:
We offer free visa sponsorship for qualified candidates outside of Luxembourg.

Travel:
A one-way ticket will be provided for candidates outside of Luxembourg upon successful completion of visa sponsorship.
