Pastry Chef for Upscale Bakery in Moscow



Our upscale bakery in Moscow is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious pastries, as well as experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various pastries, including cakes, tarts, croissants, and other baked goods
- Develop new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
- Oversee the production of all pastries, ensuring quality and consistency
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of pastry arts and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent in English (Russian or Kenyan nationality preferred)
