A reputable company in Izhevsk is seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Egypt. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or online consultation roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Good understanding of social media platforms and online communication tools
- Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with possibility of extension
