We are in search of a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining network systems, as well as troubleshooting issues and providing technical support. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's networks and systems, as well as implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English and a biometric passport are required for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company networks and systems
- Troubleshoot network and system issues
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Provide technical support for staff members
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in network administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Proficient in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Must possess a biometric passport
