Land Surveyor


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and mapping of land areas for various construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze and interpret survey data to create detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to survey plans
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients or project managers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding land surveying
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Ar-Ruwais.

Nationality/Location Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are already residing in Ar-Ruwais or willing to relocate.
