Surveyor - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data to determine land boundaries, construction sites, and other topographical features. This role requires experience in surveying techniques and equipment, as well as knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect data on land features, property lines, and construction sites
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and data collection
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers or clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferences:
We prefer candidates who are Egyptian or Nepali nationals with proficiency in English. Experience working in the Middle East is also preferred.

Benefits:
This position offers a salary of $1700 per month with accommodation provided. We also offer free visa processing and round-trip tickets for selected candidates.
