Office Assistant - Khasab, Oman
Our company is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Create, update, and maintain records and databases
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and email
- Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
