Personal Trainer (Part-Time)


Our fitness center in Manama is seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized fitness plans for clients, as well as providing support and motivation to help them reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' fitness levels and goals
- Design personalized workout programs based on clients' individual needs and preferences
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Offer ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation to keep clients committed to their fitness journey
- Maintain accurate records of clients' progress, including measurements, weight, and body fat percentage

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in personal training or related field
- Proven experience working as a personal trainer, preferably in a gym or fitness center setting
- Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate clients effectively
- Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to continuously learning about new training techniques and trends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position.
