Job Title: English Tutor



As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one instruction to students of all ages and backgrounds in the city of Isa Town. Your main focus will be on teaching English as a second language, but you may also be required to assist with other subjects such as grammar and writing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and goals of each student
- Provide engaging and interactive lessons that promote language learning through various methods such as discussions, games, and activities
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with students' parents or guardians to discuss progress and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and strategies to continuously improve the quality of instruction
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources, ideas, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Proven experience as an English Tutor or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature
- Patience, empathy, and ability to create a comfortable learning environment for students of all ages
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 900$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
Our tutoring center is located in Isa Town, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally able to work in Bahrain.
