Merchandiser (Indian Candidates Only)


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Nairobi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring market trends, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product displays and promotions
- Track inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Create attractive displays that effectively showcase products and stimulate customer interest
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of product displays and store shelves
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor display standards and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No previous experience required, but retail or merchandising experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior in Nairobi is a plus

Salary: 1600$
