Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of couriers in St. Petersburg. Your primary duties will include assigning routes, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that all packages are delivered on time and in good condition. You will also be responsible for training new couriers and managing their performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in courier services and be able to communicate effectively in English. Accommodation will be provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Assign routes to couriers based on delivery schedules
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely completion
- Ensure that all packages are delivered in good condition
- Train new couriers on delivery procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding any delivery concerns or changes
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and courier schedules
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics is a plus
- Previous experience in courier services or a similar field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good physical stamina for loading and unloading packages as needed

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
