We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Teamleader to oversee our student employment program in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Teamleader, you will be responsible for managing a team of students from Malayalee nationality, providing them with on-the-job training and support, and ensuring their success in their assigned roles. Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train a team of students from Malayalee nationality for various job positions
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to team members to ensure their success
- Monitor team performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of student employment program activities
- Maintain accurate records of team members' progress and performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed
- Must have own visa in Russia
- Accommodation will be provided
