Teamlead for Part-Time Freshers in Chelyabinsk, Egypt


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to oversee a team of part-time freshers in our Chelyabinsk office. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the team's daily tasks and ensuring they meet their goals. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of English is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of part-time freshers
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure goals are met
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster team spirit
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency
- Report on team performance to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of English is preferred but not required

Location: Chelyabinsk, Egypt (preference for Egyptian candidates)

Salary: 1100$ per month (part-time)
