UX Designer



As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. Your role will involve researching, designing, and testing user interfaces to ensure they meet the needs of our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and visual designers to bring your designs to life.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather requirements from stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with visual designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive design language.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.

Salary:
