Administrative Director - Lusail, Qatar
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all company assets and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Act as a liaison between top management and employees for effective communication flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a managerial position.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Qatar is preferred.
